Indian Hotel Sales Manager



We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Indian Hotel Sales Manager to join our team in Jerusalem. As the Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth for the hotel through strategic planning, effective marketing strategies, and exceptional customer service. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1100 per month.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase occupancy and revenue for the hotel
- Establish and maintain relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, event planners, and local businesses to generate new business opportunities
- Conduct market research to identify new trends and potential target markets
- Collaborate with the reservations team to ensure efficient booking procedures and maximize room revenue
- Monitor competitor activity and adjust sales strategies accordingly
- Manage the hotel's presence on online booking platforms and social media channels
- Plan and execute promotional events to attract new business and maintain relationships with existing clients
- Prepare monthly reports on sales performance, market trends, and future strategies

Requirements:
- Must be fluent in English with excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in hotel sales or related field
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
- Strong negotiation skills
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of current market trends in the hospitality industry
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Must have a valid work permit for Israel

Preference will be given to candidates who are currently living in Jerusalem or willing to relocate without accommodation.
