Hotel Sales Manager


We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hotel Sales Manager to join our team in Jerusalem. As the Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to increase hotel revenue and occupancy. You will also be responsible for managing relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, and online booking platforms. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in hotel sales, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. This position offers a salary of 1800$ per month and is open to Pakistani nationals with a valid work visa.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to attract corporate clients, travel agents, and online booking platforms
- Meet or exceed sales targets by actively promoting the hotel's services, facilities, and special offers
- Build strong relationships with existing clients and identify new business opportunities
- Negotiate contracts with corporate clients and ensure profitable rates are secured
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of competition
- Coordinate with other departments within the hotel to ensure guest satisfaction
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports for management review

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- Minimum of 3 years experience in hotel sales management role
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English (additional languages are an advantage)
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively
- Knowledge of current market trends and competitors' activities
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
