Concierge

We are seeking a friendly and professional Concierge to join our team at a luxury hotel in Jerusalem. As a Concierge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to guests by assisting with their travel arrangements, recommending local attractions and restaurants, and fulfilling any special requests they may have. This is a temporary position with the potential for full-time employment.

Responsibilities:
- Greet guests and assist with check-in/check-out process
- Provide information about hotel amenities and services
- Make reservations for guests at local restaurants, shows, tours, etc.
- Arrange transportation for guests as needed
- Respond to guest inquiries and complaints in a timely manner
- Maintain knowledge of local attractions and events
- Handle special requests from guests such as room upgrades or special occasion arrangements
- Keep lobby area clean and presentable at all times

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of local area attractions and restaurants
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Fluent in English (additional languages considered an asset)
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

We offer competitive salary of 1200$ per month, as well as free accommodation and visa assistance for non-local candidates.
