IT Support Technician


We are seeking an experienced IT Support Technician to join our team in Ashdod, Israel. As a member of our support team, you will provide technical assistance to our clients and troubleshoot any issues they may have with their computer systems. Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, and in-person
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues on various computer systems
- Install and configure new hardware and software for clients
- Maintain and update client databases and documentation
- Collaborate with other IT team members to resolve complex issues
- Train clients on how to use new systems or software

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
- Minimum of 1 year experience in IT support role
- Knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems
- Familiarity with networking concepts and protocols (TCP/IP, DNS)
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Salary:
Salary for this position is $1000 per month.

Location:
This position is based in Ashdod, Israel. We welcome applicants from all nationalities who have a valid biometric passport.

Language Requirements:
Proficiency in English is required for this position as it involves working with international clients. Knowledge of Hebrew or other languages is a plus but not mandatory.

Experience Level:
