Android Developer


As an Android Developer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining high-quality mobile applications for the Android platform. You will work closely with our team of designers, project managers, and other developers to create innovative and user-friendly apps. Your role will involve coding, debugging, testing, and troubleshooting to ensure that our apps run smoothly and meet the highest standards of performance and usability.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop advanced applications for the Android platform
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code
- Constantly improve app performance through optimization techniques
- Debug and troubleshoot issues reported by users
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and incorporate new technologies into app development
- Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality standards
- Stay organized by using project management tools to track progress

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Android development
- Proficiency in Java programming language
- Experience with developing apps that use RESTful APIs
- Solid understanding of the full mobile development life cycle
- Familiarity with Agile methodology
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Excellent problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Kotlin programming language
- Knowledge of iOS development is a plus
- Familiarity with Git version control system

Salary: $1100 per month

Location: Ashdod, Israel (remote work is possible)
