We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to join our team in Ashdod. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of projects within the given budget and timeline. This position is suitable for men who have their own visa and do not require English proficiency or prior experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans and schedules, ensuring all tasks are completed on time and within budget
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to ensure successful completion
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and expectations for the project
- Assign tasks to team members and provide guidance and support throughout the project
- Conduct regular meetings with stakeholders to provide updates on project status
- Identify potential risks or issues that may impact project delivery and develop contingency plans
- Ensure all project deliverables meet quality standards before final submission

Requirements:
- Must be Filipino with own visa in Ashdod, Israel
- Proven experience as a Project Manager or similar role
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with team members and clients
- Knowledge of project management tools and methodologies
- Ability to problem solve and think critically
- Attention to detail and ability to meet strict deadlines

Salary: $1000 per month
