Data Mining Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Data Mining Analyst to join our team in Ashdod. As a Data Mining Analyst, you will be responsible for collecting, organizing, and analyzing large amounts of data to identify patterns and trends. Your findings will be used to make informed business decisions and improve overall performance. The ideal candidate will have experience in data mining techniques, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work with large datasets. This is a contract position with a salary of $900 per month.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collect and organize large datasets from various sources
- Use data mining tools and techniques to analyze data and identify patterns
- Develop reports and visualizations to present findings to stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and opportunities for improvement
- Continuously monitor data quality, troubleshoot issues, and recommend solutions
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data mining

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in data mining or a similar role
- Strong understanding of SQL and database management systems
- Experience working with large datasets using tools like R, Python or SAS
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets
- Effective communication skills and the ability to present technical information in simple terms

Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Data Science or related field
- Experience working with machine learning algorithms for predictive modeling
- Familiarity with cloud-based platforms such as AWS or Azure
- Knowledge of ETL processes
- Understanding of statistical concepts such as regression analysis, clustering, etc.
