We are in search of a highly skilled and creative Web Designer to join our team in Ashdod, Israel. As a Web Designer, you will be responsible for designing and developing visually appealing and user-friendly websites. You will work closely with our clients and team members to understand their needs and create designs that align with their brand image and goals. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of web design principles, coding languages such as HTML and CSS, and experience with graphic design software. This position offers a competitive salary of 1800$ per month, with opportunities for growth within the company.

Responsibilities:
- Designing visually appealing and user-friendly websites according to client specifications
- Collaborating with clients and team members to understand project requirements
- Creating website layouts, graphics, and templates using graphic design software
- Writing clean, efficient code using HTML, CSS, and other coding languages
- Ensuring websites are optimized for various devices and browsers
- Conducting website testing to identify any technical issues or bugs
- Making necessary updates or changes based on client feedback
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in web design

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Web Designer or similar role
- Strong understanding of web design principles including UI/UX best practices
- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop or Sketch
- Knowledge of coding languages including HTML, CSS, JavaScript is preferred but not required
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills to effectively understand client needs
- A portfolio showcasing previous web design projects
