Online Consultant/Advisor

Our online consulting firm is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Online Consultant to join our team in Ashdod, Israel. Responsibilities:
- Communicate with clients via email, chat, or phone to provide guidance and support on various topics
- Conduct in-depth research to gather information and provide accurate advice
- Build strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and providing personalized recommendations
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and changes in regulations to ensure accurate information is provided to clients
- Collaborate with other team members to continuously improve the quality of our services
- Meet productivity targets and handle a high volume of client inquiries

Requirements:
- Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proven experience as an Online Consultant or similar role
- Ability to work independently and remotely with minimal supervision
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends if needed

Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. business, psychology, counseling)
- Experience working with international clients or in a multicultural environment
- Familiarity with online consulting platforms or tools
