English-Speaking Moderator in Ashdod

As an English-speaking moderator in Ashdod, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing online forums, chat rooms, and other social media platforms. Your main duty will be to monitor user-generated content and ensure that it complies with community guidelines and policies. You must have excellent communication skills in both English and Hebrew, as well as a strong understanding of internet culture and trends.

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor online platforms for any inappropriate or offensive content
- Review user-generated posts, comments, and messages to ensure they comply with community guidelines
- Respond to user inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with the moderation team to develop and enforce community policies
- Identify potential issues or conflicts within the community and take appropriate action
- Maintain a positive and welcoming environment for all users

Requirements:
- Fluency in English (both written and verbal) is a must; fluency in Hebrew is preferred
- Previous experience in online moderation or community management is highly desirable
- Familiarity with social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong understanding of internet culture and trends
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Must be able to handle sensitive or controversial topics with professionalism
- Must be organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively

Salary: 1000$ per month (part-time)

Location: Ashdod, Israel (candidates must already have valid work visa)
