As a Moderator, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and respectful environment for online discussions and communities. You will monitor user-generated content, respond to user inquiries, and enforce community guidelines and policies. Your role will require excellent communication skills and the ability to handle sensitive situations with tact and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor user-generated content on various online platforms
- Respond to user inquiries and complaints in a timely manner
- Enforce community guidelines and policies
- Identify and report any inappropriate or harmful content
- Collaborate with team members to improve moderation processes
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in online moderation

Requirements:
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to handle sensitive situations with empathy and professionalism
- Strong understanding of social media platforms
- Familiarity with community management tools is an asset
- Prior experience in online moderation is preferred but not required

Location:
This position is located in Ashdod, Israel but can be done remotely.

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1300$ per month.
