We are hiring a skilled Plasterer to join our team in Ashdod! As a Plasterer, you will be responsible for applying and smoothing out plaster onto walls, ceilings, and other surfaces to create a smooth and even finish. You will also be expected to repair any cracks or holes in existing plasterwork and ensure that the final result is visually appealing. The ideal candidate will have experience in the field, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work well independently or as part of a team. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1800 per month. Indian candidates with relevant experience are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces for plastering by removing old paint or wallpaper
- Measure and cut plasterboard to fit specific areas
- Apply layers of plaster evenly using hand tools or mechanical sprayers
- Smooth out rough spots and create an even finish
- Repair cracks and holes in existing plasterwork
- Follow safety procedures while working on scaffolds or ladders
- Keep work area clean and tidy after each job
- Collaborate with other team members when needed

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Plasterer or similar role
- Knowledge of different types of plastering techniques and materials
- Ability to read blueprints and follow instructions accurately
- Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work
- Physical stamina for working on your feet for extended periods of time
- Good communication skills in order to work well with others on the team

Preferred Requirements:
- Nationality preference: Indian (not a strict requirement)
- Location preference: Ashdod (not a strict requirement)
- Experience working on commercial projects is a plus

Salary:
$1800 per month (full-time)
