Metal Fabricator


We are hiring a skilled Metal Fabricator to join our team in Ashdod, Israel. As a Metal Fabricator, you will be responsible for cutting, shaping, and joining metal parts to create various structures and products. You will work with various types of metals, including steel, aluminum, and copper, using specialized tools and machinery.

Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Measure and mark metal pieces for cutting and shaping
- Operate cutting and shaping equipment such as saws, drills, presses, and shears
- Weld or solder metal pieces together to create structures or products
- Smooth and polish rough edges or surfaces using hand tools or machines
- Follow safety protocols while handling equipment and working with hot metals
- Inspect finished products for quality control purposes
- Repair damaged or defective metal parts as needed

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Metal Fabricator or similar role
- Ability to read technical drawings and blueprints accurately
- Proficient in the use of various tools such as saws, drills, grinders, etc.
- Skilled in welding techniques such as MIG, TIG or arc welding
- Familiarity with safety procedures when handling sharp tools and hot metals
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods, lift heavy materials (up to 50 lbs), and work in various weather conditions
- Attention to detail with the ability to produce precise measurements
- Good communication skills to collaborate with team members

Qualifications:
A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Technical training in metalworking or a related field is preferred.

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1500 per month.

Location:
This is a full-time position located in Ashdod, Israel. We welcome applicants from all nationalities who have the necessary work permits.

Contract Type:
This is a contract position with the possibility of extension based on performance.

Language Requirements:
Proficiency in English is preferred but not required.

Freshers:
We welcome freshers who have completed relevant technical training or have some experience in metalworking.
