Architectural Technologist - Ashdod, Egypt

We are in search of a detail-oriented Architectural Technologist to join our team in Ashdod, Egypt. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting with the design and construction of architectural projects, ensuring they adhere to building codes and regulations. Your technical expertise and proficiency in AutoCAD will be essential to the success of our projects.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with architects and engineers to develop detailed architectural drawings
- Conduct site visits and surveys to gather information for project design
- Utilize AutoCAD software to create accurate 2D and 3D models and drawings
- Ensure all designs comply with building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Review project plans and specifications to identify potential issues or discrepancies
- Assist with cost estimation for materials and labor needed for construction
- Communicate effectively with project team members, contractors, and clients

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience as an Architectural Technologist
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and other design software
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction methods
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
