Commercial Architect

Our architecture firm is seeking a talented and experienced Commercial Architect to join our team in Ashdod. As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings such as offices, retail spaces, hotels, and restaurants. Your duties will include meeting with clients to determine their needs and preferences, creating detailed plans and blueprints, obtaining necessary permits and approvals, and collaborating with engineers and contractors to ensure the successful completion of projects.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Minimum of 5 years experience in commercial architecture
- Excellent design skills and creativity
- Proficient in AutoCAD and other architectural software
- Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Ability to effectively communicate with clients, contractors, and other team members
- Attention to detail and strong project management skills

Salary: $1300 per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Ashdod, Israel (open to candidates of all nationalities)
