Junior Commercial Architect
A well-established architectural firm in Ashdod is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Commercial Architect to join our team. As a Junior Commercial Architect, you will assist in the design and development of commercial buildings and spaces. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or students with a passion for commercial architecture.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation of project proposals, including drawings, specifications, and cost estimates
- Collaborate with senior architects to develop design concepts and solutions for commercial projects
- Create detailed 2D and 3D architectural drawings using AutoCAD or other software
- Conduct research on building materials, construction methods, and building codes
- Attend site visits to ensure project progress and compliance with design plans
- Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and other team members

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field (recent graduates or students welcome)
- Strong knowledge of AutoCAD and other design software
- Understanding of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team setting
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in commercial architecture (internships or projects)
- Proficiency in 3D modeling software such as SketchUp or Revit
- Knowledge of sustainable design principles

Salary: 1100$ (negotiable based on qualifications)
Location: Ashdod (willingness to relocate preferred)
