Fitter Supervisor


We are looking for a skilled Fitter Supervisor to join our team in Ashdod. As a Fitter Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the activities of a team of fitters. Your main goal will be to ensure that all projects are completed efficiently and on time, while maintaining high quality standards.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the work of fitters on various projects
- Train new fitters on company procedures and safety protocols
- Ensure that all equipment is properly maintained and used safely
- Monitor project progress and ensure that deadlines are met
- Troubleshoot any issues or problems that arise during projects
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth project execution
- Maintain accurate records of project details and progress reports
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for fitters

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Fitter or similar role
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and equipment
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Proficient in using hand and power tools
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- High attention to detail
- Valid driver's license

Education:
High school diploma or equivalent, certification in mechanical or technical field is preferred

Working Conditions:
This is a contract position with potential for permanent employment. The working hours may vary depending on project deadlines. Work may also involve travel to different job sites within Ashdod.

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1700$ per month, with potential for bonuses based on performance.
