We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Ashdod. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, managing staff, and maximizing profits.

Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the restaurant, including staffing, training, inventory management, and budgeting
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain high standards of cleanliness and sanitation
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales and attract new customers
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve any customer complaints or issues promptly
- Monitor and analyze financial reports to identify areas for improvement and implement cost-saving measures
- Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise staff members to ensure efficient operations
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to create menus that meet customer preferences and dietary restrictions
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for staff members

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Restaurant Manager in a fast-paced environment
- Proven track record of increasing sales and managing budgets effectively
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate a diverse team
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and health standards
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Must have valid work permit/visa sponsorship for foreigners
