Restaurant Manager - Ashdod, Israel
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Ashdod, Israel. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring high-quality food and service, and managing a team of employees.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, including opening and closing procedures
- Ensure high-quality customer service is provided to all guests
- Monitor food quality and presentation to ensure consistency and customer satisfaction
- Manage inventory levels and ordering supplies as needed
- Train and develop staff members to maintain high standards of service
- Create schedules for employees to ensure adequate coverage during peak hours
- Handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant at all times
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role preferred
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Strong understanding of food safety regulations and procedures
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays when needed
- Fluent in Hebrew (knowledge of English is a plus)
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Salary:
This is a full-time position with a monthly salary of 1000$. Visa sponsorship may be provided for qualified candidates. Accommodation is not included.
