Construction Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee our projects in Ashdod. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, with a focus on project planning, budgeting, and execution. As the Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the construction process, from initial planning to final completion. This includes overseeing project timelines, coordinating with contractors and subcontractors, ensuring compliance with building codes and safety regulations, and managing project budgets.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate all aspects of construction projects
- Develop project timelines and ensure timely completion
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors
- Monitor progress and address any issues or delays
- Ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations
- Manage project budgets and make necessary adjustments as needed
- Communicate regularly with stakeholders regarding project updates
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues on-site
- Oversee the procurement of materials and equipment for projects

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field (preferred)
- Minimum of 5 years experience in construction management
- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple construction projects
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team
- Knowledge of building codes and safety regulations
- Ability to read blueprints and understand technical drawings
- Proficient in project management software
Salary: $1000 per month (negotiable based on experience)
City: Ashdod (Israeli citizenship preferred but not required)
