Construction Project Manager - Ashdod, Philippines



We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee our construction projects in Ashdod, Philippines. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management and be able to effectively coordinate all aspects of the project from start to finish.

Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize and manage all phases of the construction project
- Create and maintain project schedules, budgets, and deadlines
- Communicate with clients, contractors, and suppliers to ensure project requirements are met
- Monitor progress of construction work and make adjustments as needed
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
- Manage subcontractors and maintain positive working relationships
- Prepare progress reports for stakeholders

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- At least 5 years of experience as a Construction Manager
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in project management software such as MS Project or Primavera P6
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Salary: $1100 per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Ashdod, Philippines (Filipino nationals preferred)

Type: Full-time without experience required (training will be provided)
