We are currently hiring a skilled Crane Operator to join our team in Ashdod, Israel. As a Crane Operator, you will be responsible for operating various types of cranes to lift and move heavy materials and equipment on construction sites.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate different types of cranes, such as mobile cranes, tower cranes, and overhead cranes
- Inspect and maintain crane equipment to ensure safe operation
- Read and interpret load charts to determine appropriate crane capacity for lifts
- Communicate effectively with ground crew using hand signals or radio communication
- Safely rig and hoist materials and equipment using proper lifting techniques
- Follow all safety regulations and protocols while operating the crane
- Keep accurate records of daily activities and maintenance performed on the crane

Requirements:
- Must be physically fit and able to work at heights for extended periods of time
- Minimum of 2 years experience operating cranes in a construction setting is preferred but not required
- Valid crane operator certification from a recognized training program is required
- Strong understanding of crane safety protocols and procedures
- Ability to read load charts, blueprints, and other technical documents
- Good communication skills in English (Hebrew is a plus)
- Willingness to work long hours in various weather conditions
- Must be able to work well in a team environment
