We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Land Surveyor to join our team in Ashdod, Israel. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting surveys to determine land boundaries and property lines, as well as providing accurate measurements and data for construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting land surveys to determine property boundaries and topographic features
- Using specialized equipment such as GPS, total stations, and digital levels to collect data
- Analyzing survey data to create maps, plans, and reports
- Providing accurate measurements and calculations for construction projects
- Communicating with clients, engineers, and other professionals involved in the project
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
- Managing survey crew members and overseeing their work

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in land surveying or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a land surveyor
- Proficiency in using surveying equipment
- Strong knowledge of land surveying principles and techniques
- Excellent mathematical skills
- Ability to read and interpret maps, plans, and legal documents
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
