English Tutor


We are seeking a qualified and experienced English Tutor to join our team in Ashdod. As a tutor, you will be responsible for providing individualized instruction to students of all ages and levels. This is a contract job with a salary of 1400$ per month, with the option for renewal based on performance. The ideal candidate will have experience teaching English as a second language and possess strong communication and interpersonal skills. Accommodation can be provided for non-local candidates with a biometric passport. This is an urgent position, so immediate availability is preferred.

Responsibilities:
- Develop lesson plans and learning materials tailored to each student's needs
- Teach English grammar, vocabulary, reading, writing, and speaking skills
- Provide constructive feedback and guidance to students
- Monitor student progress and adjust instruction accordingly
- Communicate with parents or guardians about student's progress
- Collaborate with other tutors and staff to ensure an effective learning environment

Requirements:
- Native or near-native proficiency in English
- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field (TEFL/TESOL certification is a plus)
- Minimum of 2 years experience teaching English as a second language, preferably to foreign students
- Experience working with students of all ages and levels
- Excellent communication skills and ability to adapt teaching methods to individual needs
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Biometric passport (for non-local candidates)
- Immediate availability
