We are seeking a skilled and reliable Handyman to join our team in Ashdod, Israel. As a Handyman, you will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance, repair, and installation tasks on residential and commercial properties.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general repairs and maintenance tasks such as painting, plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, and HVAC
- Inspect buildings and identify any issues or areas that require maintenance or repairs
- Install fixtures and appliances as needed
- Maintain records of all repairs and services performed
- Respond to service requests in a timely manner
- Ensure all work is completed efficiently and to high quality standards
- Troubleshoot issues and provide solutions to problems as they arise

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Handyman or similar role
- Solid knowledge of general repair techniques in areas such as plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, etc.
- Ability to use hand and power tools effectively
- Good physical condition with the ability to lift heavy objects and perform manual labor for extended periods of time
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
