Office Administrator - Ashdod, Kenya
We are hiring a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team in Ashdod, Kenya. As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day administrative tasks of our office, ensuring that operations run smoothly and efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Answering phone calls and directing them appropriately
- Greeting visitors and providing them with necessary information
- Managing office supplies and inventory
- Maintaining records and databases
- Assisting with scheduling meetings and appointments
- Coordinating travel arrangements for employees
- Overseeing office maintenance and repairs
- Assisting with budget management and expense tracking
- Liaising with vendors and service providers
- Handling incoming and outgoing mail
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration or related field is a plus
- Minimum of 1 year experience as an Office Administrator or similar role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
Salary: $1600/month (negotiable based on experience)
Location: Ashdod, Kenya (local candidates preferred)
Employment Type: Full-time, without accommodation
