Administrative Assistant (Pakistani Nationals)
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in Ashdod, Israel. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide essential support to the daily operations of our company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, arranging meetings, and maintaining calendars
- Organize and maintain physical and digital files and records
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Coordinate travel arrangements for staff members
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed
- Assist with the preparation of contracts and other legal documents
- Track inventory levels and order office supplies when needed
- Answer phone calls and take messages when necessary
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
Requirements:
- Must be a Pakistani national with a valid biometric passport
- Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred but not required
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Must be able to maintain confidentiality at all times
- Available for a contract job with the possibility of extension
