We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer service-focused Concierge to join our team at an international hotel in Ashdod. As a Concierge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest experiences by fulfilling guest requests and providing helpful recommendations. This position is open to Egyptian and Canadian nationals who do not require English proficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in process
- Provide information on hotel amenities, services, and local attractions
- Handle guest requests such as restaurant reservations, transportation arrangements, and tour bookings
- Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and preferences
- Anticipate guest needs and proactively offer assistance or recommendations
- Resolve any guest issues or complaints in a timely manner
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences

Requirements:
- Egyptian or Canadian nationality, no English proficiency required
- Previous customer service experience preferred but not required
- Excellent communication skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts as needed
