IT Manager


We are seeking an experienced IT Manager to join our team in Herzliya. As the IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our company's information technology systems and infrastructure. This includes managing our network, servers, software, and hardware, as well as providing technical support to our employees.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the maintenance and upgrade of our company's network, servers, software, and hardware
- Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure the security and efficiency of our systems
- Manage the installation and configuration of new software and hardware
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely support to employees
- Supervise a team of IT professionals, including training and performance evaluations
- Monitor system performance and identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure that their technology needs are met
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in technology to recommend new solutions or upgrades

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of networking, server administration, and software/hardware installation
- Experience with cybersecurity measures and data protection regulations
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Proven track record of implementing successful IT projects on time and within budget
- Familiarity with cloud computing services is a plus

This is a full-time position with a salary of $1000 per month. Filipinos are preferred but candidates from any nationality are welcome to apply.
