Computer Support Specialist


We are looking for a highly motivated and knowledgeable Computer Support Specialist to join our team in Herzliya. As a support specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance to our clients and maintaining the smooth operation of their computer systems. Your duties will include troubleshooting hardware and software issues, installing and configuring new equipment and software, and providing training and guidance to users.

To be successful in this role, you should have excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and a thorough understanding of computer systems and networks. A degree in computer science or a related field is preferred, along with at least 2 years of experience in technical support or a similar role. Fluency in English is required for this position.
