We are seeking a talented Preservation Architect to join our team in Ashdod, Israel. As a Preservation Architect, you will be responsible for preserving and restoring historical buildings, structures, and sites. You will work closely with clients, engineers, and construction teams to ensure that historical properties are accurately restored and maintained.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting thorough research on historical properties to understand their significance and architectural style
- Creating preservation plans that adhere to local regulations and guidelines
- Collaborating with engineering teams to develop structural solutions that preserve the integrity of historical buildings
- Overseeing the restoration process, ensuring that all work is done with precision and care
- Managing project budgets and timelines
- Communicating regularly with clients to provide updates on progress and address any concerns or issues
- Conducting site visits to assess the condition of historical properties and make recommendations for preservation efforts

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Preservation Architect
- Strong understanding of architectural history and preservation techniques
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or other design software
- Knowledge of local building codes and regulations related to historic preservation

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1200$ per month for this position.

Location:
This position is based in Ashdod, Israel. However, we are open to candidates from other locations who are willing to relocate.
