Team Lead - Operations (Filipino Nationals Only)

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Team Lead to join our dynamic team in Herzliya. As the Team Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our company, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. This is a full-time position suitable for Filipino nationals who are looking for an exciting career opportunity.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise a team of Operations Specialists to ensure all tasks are completed accurately and on time
- Develop and implement processes and procedures to improve operational efficiency
- Monitor team performance and provide coaching and feedback to improve productivity
- Conduct regular training sessions to ensure team members are up-to-date with company policies and procedures
- Communicate with internal departments to resolve any issues or escalate as needed
- Collaborate with other Team Leads to achieve company goals and objectives

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role, preferably in the BPO industry
- Fluent in English (verbal and written), knowledge of additional languages is a plus
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire team members
- Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and time-management abilities
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality assurance

Working Conditions:
This is a full-time position, Monday-Friday from 9am-6pm. Our office is located in Herzliya, easily accessible by public transportation. We offer a competitive salary of $1700/month along with health insurance benefits.
