Team Lead - Indian Candidates (English Speaking)


As a Team Lead for our company, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of Indian candidates in our Herzliya office. This is a contract position, with a salary of $1100 per month, and accommodation provided.

We are looking for Indian candidates who are fluent in English and have strong leadership skills. While experience is preferred, we welcome freshers who are eager to learn and grow in this role.

Your main responsibilities will include overseeing the performance of your team, setting targets and goals, and ensuring that they are met. You will also be responsible for training and coaching new team members, as well as providing ongoing support and guidance.

As our company operates in an English-speaking environment, it is essential that you have excellent communication skills in English. This includes both written and verbal communication. You should also be able to handle any conflicts or issues that may arise within the team.

In addition to your leadership skills, you should also have a strong understanding of the industry and market trends. This will allow you to make informed decisions and provide valuable insights to your team.
