Teamlead

As a Teamlead, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of employees to achieve company goals and objectives. You will oversee the team's performance, provide guidance and support, and ensure efficient communication within the team and with other departments. Your main duties will include setting goals and targets, delegating tasks, monitoring progress, and providing regular feedback to team members. You will also be responsible for recruiting and training new team members, as well as resolving any conflicts or issues that may arise within the team.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a supervisory or leadership role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide team members
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of meeting targets and achieving results
- Knowledge of project management principles and techniques
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Salary: $1400 per month

City: Herzliya, Israel
