Project Manager for Contract-Based Construction Projects in Herzliya, Israel



We are hiring a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to oversee our construction projects in Herzliya, Israel. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful completion of all contracted projects on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of our clients.

Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and manage all aspects of construction projects from start to finish
- Develop project timelines and budgets and ensure they are adhered to
- Oversee the selection and management of subcontractors and suppliers
- Monitor progress and quality of work on construction sites
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project status and address any concerns or issues
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and protocols
- Resolve any conflicts or disputes that may arise during the course of a project

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in project management for construction projects
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materials
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate team members towards project goals
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus)
- Willingness to work on a contract basis in Herzliya, Israel
