Database Administrator (DBA)



We are currently hiring for the position of Database Administrator (DBA) to join our team in Herzliya, Israel. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of 1000$ per month.

As a Database Administrator, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our company's database systems. Your primary focus will be on ensuring the security, availability, and performance of our databases while also providing support to end-users.

Responsibilities:
- Design and implement database structures and schemas
- Monitor database performance and tune as necessary
- Ensure data security and integrity by implementing backup and recovery plans
- Troubleshoot database issues and provide timely resolution
- Collaborate with development teams to optimize database usage for applications
- Provide technical support to end-users for database-related issues

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Proven work experience as a Database Administrator or similar role
- Experience with SQL Server or Oracle databases
- Strong knowledge of database design principles and disaster recovery methods
- Excellent troubleshooting skills with the ability to identify root causes of issues
- Familiarity with programming languages such as SQL, Python, or Java
