Equipment Operator

Our growing construction company is seeking an experienced Equipment Operator to join our team in Herzliya. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience operating heavy equipment such as excavators, bulldozers, and loaders. The Equipment Operator will be responsible for safely and efficiently operating equipment on various job sites, including digging, grading, and moving materials. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of 1300$ per month.

Responsibilities:

- Operate heavy equipment to complete assigned tasks on construction sites
- Safely and efficiently operate excavators, bulldozers, and loaders
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment to ensure proper functioning
- Follow all safety protocols and regulations while operating equipment
- Communicate with team members to coordinate tasks and ensure efficient completion of projects
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to the supervisor immediately

Requirements:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience operating heavy equipment
- Valid operator's license for the specific equipment being operated
- Knowledge of safety protocols and regulations related to equipment operation
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
- Physical ability to perform tasks such as lifting heavy materials and standing for extended periods of time

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience in the construction industry preferred
- Knowledge of basic maintenance and repair techniques for heavy equipment
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Hindi preferred but not required
