Solar Installer

As a Solar Installer, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining solar panels on residential and commercial properties. Your main goal will be to ensure that the solar panels are properly installed and functioning efficiently to provide clean energy to our clients.

Responsibilities:
- Install solar panels according to company standards and safety regulations
- Conduct site surveys to determine the best location for panel placement
- Work with a team to assemble and install racking systems, wiring, and inverters
- Test and troubleshoot solar panel systems to ensure proper functioning
- Provide maintenance services for existing solar systems
- Maintain accurate records of installations, repairs, and maintenance work
- Educate clients on the benefits of using solar energy and how to properly use their system

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in construction or electrical work preferred
- Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions
- Basic knowledge of electrical wiring and equipment
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment

Salary: $900 per month (may vary based on experience)

Location: Herzliya, Israel (preference for Indian candidates)
