Solar Installer

We are seeking a skilled Solar Installer to join our growing team in Herzliya. As a Solar Installer, you will be responsible for installing solar panels and other related equipment on residential and commercial properties. This is a full-time position that requires physical labor, attention to detail, and the ability to work at heights.

Responsibilities:
- Install solar panels and related equipment on roofs or other structures according to project plans
- Ensure all materials and tools are properly set up before beginning installation
- Follow safety procedures while working at heights and handling equipment
- Perform quality checks on installations to ensure they meet company standards
- Troubleshoot any issues that arise during installation
- Communicate with customers regarding progress of installation and address any concerns or questions they may have

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent education required
- Previous experience in construction, roofing, or electrical work preferred
- Ability to lift heavy objects and work at heights for extended periods of time
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Excellent communication skills and customer service mindset
- Must have valid work permit or own visa for employment in Herzliya

Salary: $1500 per month (negotiable based on experience)
