Architectural Technologist

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Architectural Technologist to join our team in Herzliya, Israel. As an Architectural Technologist, you will be responsible for designing and constructing technical drawings and plans for buildings and other structures. You will work closely with architects and engineers to ensure that designs meet safety, functionality, and aesthetic requirements.

Responsibilities:
- Develop detailed technical drawings and plans using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure designs meet project requirements
- Conduct site visits to gather information for design development
- Review building codes and regulations to ensure compliance with design plans
- Prepare material lists, cost estimates, and construction schedules
- Oversee the production of construction documents
- Monitor construction progress to ensure designs are being accurately implemented

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architectural Technology or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Architectural Technologist
- Proficiency in CAD software
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Strong attention to detail and ability to produce accurate technical drawings
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with a team

Salary: 1500 USD per month

City: Herzliya, Israel
