Architecture Manager

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Architecture Manager to join our team in Herzliya. As an Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of architectural projects from design concept to completion. This includes managing a team of architects and coordinating with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of architects, providing guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle
- Oversee the development of architectural designs, ensuring they meet client requirements and comply with building codes and regulations
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to ensure efficient project delivery
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and quality of work
- Manage project budgets and timelines, making adjustments as needed to ensure successful completion within budget and on schedule
- Review and approve design documents prepared by team members
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural design, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
- Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Proficiency in relevant software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or Revit
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
