Senior Architect - Herzliya, Israel

We are looking for a talented and experienced Senior Architect to join our growing team in Herzliya, Israel. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and construction of various projects, ensuring that they meet the client's needs and budget while adhering to all relevant building codes and regulations. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1100 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Lead the design process from concept development to final construction drawings
- Collaborate with clients, engineers, and contractors to ensure project success
- Develop and present design proposals to clients for approval
- Conduct site visits to ensure that construction is progressing according to plans and specifications
- Review and approve all project plans, including structural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
- Manage project budgets and timelines to ensure timely completion within budget constraints

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural design and construction management
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other relevant software programs
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations in Israel
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree in Architecture or related field
- Experience working on commercial or residential projects in Herzliya or Israel
- Familiarity with sustainable design principles
