Executive Chef
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Executive Chef to join our team in Herzliya, Kenya. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the culinary operations of our restaurant and ensuring the highest quality of food and service is maintained.
As an Executive Chef, you will be responsible for creating and executing menus that showcase a variety of cuisines, using fresh and locally sourced ingredients. You will also be responsible for managing inventory and controlling food costs. Additionally, you will oversee the hiring and training of kitchen staff to ensure they are meeting our standards of excellence.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience as an Executive Chef or similar role in a high-end restaurant or hotel. A passion for food and creativity in menu development is essential. You must also have strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and inspire your team.
This is a full-time position with a salary of $1300 per month. As this is a part-time job, no English language skills are required. However, fluency in English would be considered an asset. The successful candidate must have prior experience as a chef, preferably in a fine dining establishment.
Please note that this position does not include accommodation or visa sponsorship. Candidates must already have their own valid work visa for Kenya.
