Position: Restaurant Manager
Location: Herzliya, Israel
Salary: $900 per month
We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Herzliya. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in managing a restaurant, strong leadership skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including opening and closing procedures, staff scheduling, and inventory management.
- Train and manage staff to ensure they are providing excellent customer service and following proper food handling procedures.
- Monitor and maintain the quality of food and beverages served to customers.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and revenue.
- Handle customer complaints and ensure they are resolved in a timely and satisfactory manner.
- Manage budgets, analyze financial reports, and make adjustments as needed to achieve profitability goals.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to create menus that reflect current food trends while staying within budget.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English (Hebrew is a plus).
- Knowledge of restaurant management software such as POS systems.
- Good understanding of budgeting, financial reporting, and inventory management.
- Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
