We are currently hiring an experienced Construction Manager to join our team in Herzliya, Israel. As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of construction projects, from planning and budgeting to execution and completion. Your main goal will be to ensure that projects are completed within the scheduled timeline, budget, and quality standards.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and schedule construction projects, including preparing budgets and timelines
- Manage all aspects of the construction process, including coordinating with subcontractors and suppliers
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and legal requirements
- Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed to stay on track with timelines and budgets
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project status
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during construction
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and safety standards are being met
- Hire and train staff as needed for specific projects

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in construction management
- In-depth knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and legal requirements
- Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Excellent communication skills for working with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Proficient in using construction management software programs
