Construction Project Manager

Our construction company is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee our projects in Herzliya. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the field. You will be responsible for managing and coordinating all aspects of the construction process, from planning and budgeting to hiring subcontractors and ensuring timely completion of projects. Strong leadership skills are essential for this role, as you will be managing a team of workers and contractors to bring our projects to successful completion. A degree in Construction Management or a related field is preferred, but not required. This position offers a competitive salary of 1500$ per month and includes accommodation for those who require it. Fluency in English is not necessary for this position, but proficiency in Malayalam is preferred.
