Office Assistant
We are a busy office in Herzliya looking for an Office Assistant to join our team. This is a full-time position, with a salary of $1200 per month. We are open to candidates of any nationality, but prefer those with Indian background.
As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our office. This includes answering phone calls, responding to emails, scheduling appointments and meetings, and maintaining office supplies. You will also assist with basic accounting tasks such as invoicing and data entry.
We are looking for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. While previous experience is preferred, it is not required for this role. However, proficiency in English is essential as you will be communicating with clients and colleagues on a daily basis.
This job does not require any specific educational qualifications, but we do expect the candidate to have basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office programs such as Word and Excel. We also value someone who is reliable and punctual, with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
