We are a renowned pastry shop in the bustling city of Herzliya, Israel seeking a skilled and experienced Pastry Chef to join our team. As a Pastry Chef, you will be responsible for creating delicious and visually appealing pastries and desserts for our customers. Your creativity and passion for pastry-making will elevate our menu and delight our patrons.

Key Responsibilities:
- Create and prepare a variety of desserts, pastries, cakes, and other sweet treats
- Develop new recipes and menu items based on seasonal ingredients and customer preferences
- Ensure high quality standards are met in all pastry production processes
- Oversee inventory management to ensure adequate stock levels for daily operations
- Train and mentor junior pastry chefs in techniques, recipe execution, and cleanliness standards
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure efficient production flow and timely service to customers
- Adhere to all food safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized work environment

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Pastry Chef or similar role in a fast-paced environment
- Extensive knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, equipment, and safety protocols
- Creative flair with the ability to develop unique recipes while also executing classic favorites flawlessly
- Strong time management skills with the ability to work efficiently under pressure
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members
- Passion for pastry-making with an eye for detail and presentation
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays as needed

Education/Certification:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; culinary education preferred
- Certification in pastry arts or similar program is a plus

Salary: $1200 per month (negotiable based on experience)
