We are in search of a skilled and experienced Gardener to join our team in Herzliya. As a Gardener, you will be responsible for maintaining and beautifying our gardens, parks, and other outdoor spaces. You will work closely with our landscape designers to ensure that our green areas remain healthy and aesthetically pleasing. This is a contract position with a salary of 1300$ per month, and accommodation will be provided.

Responsibilities:
- Perform regular maintenance tasks such as mowing, watering, pruning, fertilizing, and weeding.
- Plant new flowers, trees, shrubs, and other plants according to the design plans.
- Monitor plant health and identify any diseases or pests that may require treatment.
- Propagate plants through cuttings or seeds.
- Install irrigation systems and maintain them as needed.
- Assist in the design and implementation of new garden features.
- Keep garden tools and equipment clean and organized.
- Adhere to safety protocols while working on site.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Gardener or similar role.
- Knowledge of various plant species, their care requirements, and common diseases/pests.
- Ability to use gardening tools such as lawnmowers, shears, pruners, etc.
- Good physical stamina and strength for manual labor.
- Attention to detail for creating visually appealing landscapes.
- Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Fluency in English is preferred but not required.
