Handyman for Maintenance and Repair - Herzliya, Israel

Our busy property management company is seeking a skilled Handyman to join our team in Herzliya. The ideal candidate will be experienced in various maintenance and repair tasks, with a strong eye for detail and the ability to work independently. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1500$ per month, plus accommodation. Candidates should have experience in plumbing, electrical work, painting, and basic carpentry. A valid work visa is required for this position.

As our Handyman, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing various properties throughout the city of Herzliya. This may include fixing leaky faucets, repairing electrical outlets, painting walls or fences, and performing general maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs or replacing broken tiles. You will also be expected to maintain a clean and organized work area.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role and must be able to communicate effectively in English. Knowledge of Hebrew or Arabic would be an asset but is not required. Candidates must have their own tools and be able to handle physical demands such as lifting heavy objects or standing for extended periods.

This position is open to all nationalities; however, preference will be given to candidates with Indian nationality due to our company's diverse team.
